Before any order is filled, we will first contact you to verify your order and make payment arrangements. As every one of our products is custom made by hand, please allow 3 weeks from the time we make contact with you and confirm your order to the time of delivery. Tax, shipping and handling fees are not included in the product prices and are additional costs that will be reflected on your invoice.
